How Can I Track My Shipment?

To track your shipment, simply enter the Optimum Shipping Line (OPL) Shipment Number (either the OPL Order Code or Consignment ID you received from us when booking your shipment) in our online Road Freight tracking tool.

Can I Pick-up My Shipment at Your Terminal?

Yes, you are welcome to our depots to pick up your shipment.

My Shipment Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?

If goods are lost or damaged during transport and damage is externally visible, please make a note on the waybill or transfer documents when the shipment is received.

 What if I am not at home for the driver to come and collect my parcel for delivery? What if my customer will not be at home to collect the parcel I sent?

Normally, when your customer is not at home to receive a parcel, it will be left at the nearest UPS Access Point location or with their neighbor. The OSL(Optimum Shipping Line) driver notes these details about delivery in the info notice you find in your mailbox.
